Q: How do I sign up as a new customer?
A: You can sign up at my account page. Please avoid using incomplete names, e-mail addresses which personally do not belong to you, voicemail-only telephone numbers, as well as invalid phone numbers. In such cases your account/order will be placed on hold until further verification.

Q: Is my privacy and personal information secure on your site?
A: Shopping on virgosacrata.com is safe and secure. Moreover, we do not store credit card information details. For more information please read our GDPR compliant privacy policy.

Q: How do I know the shipping cost?
A: Simply add an item you wish to order to the shopping cart, and click on “Calculate Shipping” link which appears in the “Cart Totals” area of the shopping cart. These shipping rates provided in real-time by USPS/Canada Post service.

Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, we ship most of our products internationally. We only don’t ship statues to international locations other than domestic addresses in the U.S. & Canada. All orders are subject to acceptance at our office.

Q: I get the following message: No shipping options were found for … my country.
A:
Our shopping cart obtains real-time shipping options from Canada Post and the United States Postal Service. Due to COVID-19, or severe natural disasters in your country, parcel and packet services to intentional locations may be temporarily suspended. Check these direct links for updated information on mail delivery interruptions.

Q: Do you ship to freight forwarders?
A: Virgo Sacrata does not ship to any freight forwarders, known as reshipping companies,and orders to such will be cancelled.

Q: I placed my order and I didn’t receive an email confirmation.
A: There are 3 common reasons:

  1. You have made a typo in your email address.
    Solution: please contact us and we will fix the issue.
  2. Your email program has placed our confirmation email into a spam folder.
    Solution: Please check your spam folder.
  3. Email delivery can be blocked by Internet service providers, outages, and other interruptions.
    Solution: Simply login to your account where you can access your order(s), view status information, and download invoice(s).

Q: How long does it take to get my order?
A: All in-stock items generally take 1 business day to process before they are shipped out to the customer.
Shipping time varies depending on method and location. Most of our US and Canadian customers receive orders within 3-5 business days. However, we also offer some items that need to be assembled or manufactured. These items are usually marked as “Made to Order”. In any case, we will notify you if there is any delay.

Q: What is your return policy?
A: Please view our return policy about any specific product you wish to purchase.

Q: Can I order by phone?
A: We do not take orders over the phone. However, you may order directly from our website and pay by VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or pay by check. If you pay by check, please print your order confirmation email/page and send your payment along with the check.

Q: How do I reset my password or unlock my account?
A: After a limited number of failed attempts to sign-in to Virgo Sacrata, you will be temporarily locked out from trying to sign in. When your account is locked, you will not be able to sign in — even with the correct password. This lock lasts about 45 minutes and will then clear on its own. After 45 minutes have passed, check to confirm that you can sign in successfully at https://www.virgosacrata.com/my-account. If you can’t remember your password, you can request a new password here.

Q: It says that the rosary is sold on the site. Is there a way to get another made.
A: Depends. Our rosaries have a unique original design, being offered as limited edition designer rosaries. Each new rosary will not be exactly the same because of the unique properties and qualities of the semiprecious gemstones and jewelry findings. Similar rosaries can be produced, and many other variations are regularly added to our online catalog. Please contact us about any specific rosary you wish to purchase.

Q: Are your sterling silver products made of solid sterling silver?
A: Yes, all our sterling silver products such as medals, necklaces or parts of the rosaries, including wires, findings and chains are at least 92.5 percent pure silver according to our certified manufacturers’ specifications. Copper is typically combined to improve the metal’s hardness and durability without compromising the quality and look of the silver.

Q: How do you measure the length of a rosary?
A: Our rosaries are measured if you would hold it at the cross and let it hang, and then measure it.

Q: Is this item (rosary, candle, a crucifix, …etc) blessed, or can you bless it for me?
A: 
Virgo Sacrata does not sell any blessed items to avoid the sin of simony. You need to ask your local parish priest to bless an item for you.

Q: How to bless a rosary, candle, crucifix  …etc?
A:

Q: Do you wholesale your products?
A: We do not wholesale products for resale.

Q: How do I print an article from your website, it doesn’t allow me to copy and paste any text.
A: You can print our web pages for your personal use, or your prayer group, by using “Print Friendly” green button you will find at the location shown in the image below, by scrolling to the end of each article. This tool allows you to edit and remove any text or images that you do not need, and save it as PDF or text file, or print it to your local printer.
